Every new shop gets a 7-day free trial, with no card needed, so you can see whether BillYourShop suits your shop before you pay.

Within 7 days of paying

A full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying. Ask on WhatsApp or by email, using the details below.

The money goes back to the way you paid. Refunds through Razorpay usually take 5–7 working days to reach your account.

After 7 days

After 7 days from payment there is no refund for the unused period.

What happens to your shop

A refund ends the paid time. Every bill, report and file you made stays yours to open and download, as the terms of service and the privacy policy say.
